Our Terms and Conditions section is a contract between you, the customer and the company, Meet My Human LLC.
Because all of our items are of digital nature, we do not offer refunds or returns. No exceptions.
Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Our Digital Products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are downloadable, licensed, and/or accessed on a subscription basis. This means that once a client (ie the customer or consumer) has purchased the digital download offer, they have given up their consumer rights to a refund, return, credit and/or voucher.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Live or Recorded Mentoring Sessions
Our Mentoring Sessions cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred to another person. If you cannot make your originally scheduled time, you may reschedule up to two times for a total of 3 time slots scheduled. If you cannot make the appointment after the third scheduled time, your purchase is now null and void. It is not refundable or able to reschedule at this point.
